Welcome! I’m Carol Daigle Ptacek, M.Ed., LPC, MCC, NCC. I split my time between Idaho and Arizona and am licensed as a professional counselor in Idaho, Arizona, and Florida. I also hold credentials as a Master Certified Coach and National Certified Counselor. I help clients manage stress and anxiety, build motivation and confidence, navigate career challenges, and adapt to life changes. As a tele-therapist, I provide online counseling in a supportive, confidential setting. My approach is client-centered and eclectic, tailored to everyone’s needs. Carol provides emotional support animal evaluations through ESA Letter Online, offering individualized assessments designed to determine whether an ESA would be therapeutically beneficial for each client.
