What's the difference between Standard and Enhanced?

Standard is our core service — a real clinical evaluation by a licensed clinician in your state, with an official ESA letter delivered in 1–2 business days, and our free landlord-rights guide so you know exactly how to respond to common pushback. Enhanced adds the personalized Landlord Approval Kit on top of Standard — pre-filled, ready-to-send, FHA-cited response letters plus an AI responder that drafts a reply to your exact landlord message — along with a 15–20 minute live conversation with your clinician (phone or video, your choice) that gives them deeper clinical context and puts a stronger clinical record behind your letter, priority placement in the review queue for expedited delivery, and concierge email support where you forward your landlord's message to our team and we'll help you craft an FHA-cited reply. Enhanced is the most thorough evaluation we offer.

Why does pricing differ by state?

Some states require a live telehealth consultation with a licensed clinician before an ESA letter can be issued. Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Ohio all require a live consultation by law — some also require a 30-day clinical relationship. The higher fee in these states covers the additional clinical time required. In other states an asynchronous clinical evaluation is sufficient, so the fee is lower.

What if I don't qualify?

If a licensed clinician reviews your case and determines you don't qualify for an ESA letter, you get a full refund. The refund applies to the qualification decision only — not to changes of mind after a letter has been issued.

Why is the standard evaluation $129 and not less?

Because below a certain price, you're paying for a generic template — not a real Emotional Support Animal evaluation.
