Live in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana or Ohio?
Your state requires a live consultation with a licensed clinician by law. Pricing is $179 (Standard) / $229 (Enhanced) to cover the additional clinical time required.
Transparency you can verify before you pay.
ESA letters carry real legal weight under the Fair Housing Act. The clinician who signs yours should be just as real — and just as easy to look up.
Every therapist on our platform has a public profile with their name, credentials, state, photo, and bio. No anonymous form-fills, no mystery signer at the end.
Every license is listed — by number, type, and state.
Each profile shows your clinician's license type, number, and issuing state. Anyone — you, your landlord, your HOA — can look it up on the state board's public license-lookup tool. Nothing hidden, nothing to take on faith.
A real clinical evaluation — not an instant auto-approval form.
A clinician licensed in your state reviews your standardized PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results and makes the call themselves. It's a real clinical evaluation that holds up to landlord and HUD scrutiny. Want to talk it through? Add a live video consult.
Not approved? You don't pay for the letter.

Pricing questions
What's the difference between Standard and Enhanced?
Standard is our core service — a real clinical evaluation by a licensed clinician in your state, with an official ESA letter delivered in 1–2 business days, and our free landlord-rights guide so you know exactly how to respond to common pushback. Enhanced adds the personalized Landlord Approval Kit on top of Standard — pre-filled, ready-to-send, FHA-cited response letters plus an AI responder that drafts a reply to your exact landlord message — along with a 15–20 minute live conversation with your clinician (phone or video, your choice) that gives them deeper clinical context and puts a stronger clinical record behind your letter, priority placement in the review queue for expedited delivery, and concierge email support where you forward your landlord's message to our team and we'll help you craft an FHA-cited reply. Enhanced is the most thorough evaluation we offer.
Why does pricing differ by state?
Some states require a live telehealth consultation with a licensed clinician before an ESA letter can be issued. Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Ohio all require a live consultation by law — some also require a 30-day clinical relationship. The higher fee in these states covers the additional clinical time required. In other states an asynchronous clinical evaluation is sufficient, so the fee is lower.
What if I don't qualify?
If a licensed clinician reviews your case and determines you don't qualify for an ESA letter, you get a full refund. The refund applies to the qualification decision only — not to changes of mind after a letter has been issued.
Why is the standard evaluation $129 and not less?
Because below a certain price, you're paying for a generic template — not a real Emotional Support Animal evaluation. Landlords are getting savvy about rejecting 'instant approval' letters from sites that charge $30. A real clinical interaction, documented properly by a licensed clinician, is what protects your housing rights. That has a floor.
What if my landlord pushes back on the letter?
Landlords are legally required to accept valid ESA documentation under the Fair Housing Act. Our letters are written by licensed clinicians based on real clinical evaluations — the same standard any housing provider should expect. Every paid evaluation includes our free landlord-rights guide, which walks you through how to respond to the most common landlord questions — like 'we don't accept online letters' or 'we need your medical records.' Enhanced unlocks the personalized Landlord Approval Kit: pre-filled, ready-to-send, FHA-cited response letters plus an AI responder that lets you paste the landlord's exact message and get back a custom, FHA-cited reply drafted for that specific objection — plus concierge email support, where you forward the message to our team and we'll help you craft an FHA-cited response.
Does insurance cover this?
Not typically, since this is a telehealth evaluation for documentation purposes rather than ongoing treatment. Some HSA/FSA accounts may cover it — check with your plan administrator.
